Defected, damaged, or counterfeit product
You haven’t used or unpacked the product

You may send it to us or ask for a pickup time.
We don’t allow returns for the following issues:
If you use any product
Any damage or harm to the products due to misuse.
If you are unable to provide all of the received elements.
Am I eligible for a refund?
We can refund you for the following issues:
If you pay the bill in advance but the product is out of stock or unsent.
If the product is different, damaged, defective or counterfeit.
If the product is unused or intact.
Expected time to refund:
For delivered parcels:
Generally, we require 10-15 business days after shipping back the products to us.
For non-delivered parcels:
We take 2-3 business days to refund the payment if you face the above issues.
